Oh Izzy where for art thou.
Sorrryyy I havent posted in like...several years, but hey! Ive been paying more attention to deviantart lately, only becuase what ive been drawing I cant post on otaku, but it dosent mean ive lost my COMPLETE AND UTTER ADORATION FOR ANIMEEE.If you wanted to check my site out the link is in the post under this one. Just letting you guys know im still ALIVE...even though my constant rolling around on the floor in a spasm like fit of frustration has my mum worried how long its going to last. (the whole living thing that is, not the rolling around on the floor). Its creepy, I look at the top 10 artists, and aside from 2, I have no idea who they are!! I look through the fan art and dont recognise a single name lol. Im so outta touch *karaoke time* nyaaan..anyhow..ROK ON HIGEKI..YES HIGEKI I WUV YOOOUUUU..AND YOUR MASSIVE TRUCKLOAD AMMOUNTs OF SKIIILLL.

   Iichans taking a vacation and Izzy of the corn's moving in.
and by that title I mean Im taking a break from Anime for a while. SHOCK! yes me! Well not really a break from anime as such, ill still be watching it but I have no time for drawing it. Anime requires a certain level of happiness and commitment that I just dont have right now. I'm feeling too macarbe to draw anything so fruity, so I've adopted Jhonen Vasquez's style for a while. I'll be uploading anything I draw on my new deviant art account(http://izzy-of-the-corn.deviantart.com/ ) but i dont suspect to many of you will step outside the little anime box you live in. I by no means am turning my back on anime, in any way shape or form, but after feeling this way for quite a while its hard to manifest how i am feeling on a page filled with smiling cute girls and hot anime boys... its like lying to myself. ill still drop by every once in a while to see you Cookies4eva, Higeki,FlameHacker and anyone else ive forgotten12 and with that said, ill be returning to my kahlua and milk and my Tim Burton DVDs....

   the jhonen dream pic explaination
Hey hey! The jhonen dream is explaaaaained! (if you have no idea what im talking about check it out in my fanart) and if you have no idea who Jhonen Vasquez is, i pity your poor soul. Hes the creator of Johnny the homicidal maniac, fillerbunny, squee, Invader Zim,ect ect. Anyhow, back to my dream. All i remember is being this like super pretty (and super busty lol) version of myself wearing lingerie and i was leaning on this couch, backstage at some model showing when i noticed this spiky collar around my neck. I pulled the lead attatched to it and holding the other end was a very sexy JHONEN VASQUEZ!! I remember Jhonen's comic version being on his back and it started talking to me..funny thing was that Jhonen had black hair at the time and the comic version had red (creepy how my mind works) anyhow, last thing I remember was a whole bunch of Jhonen's characters sitting in my lap, like Zim and Gir and Noodle Boy and even fillerbunny (you cant see all of em in the pic cos i wouldnt fit in my scanner) and Johnny was sitting there, in my lap saying something very weird and giving me black ribbons ^____^. It was weird alright, But Jhonen was there, so you know,its not all bad..ah Jhonen ROCK ON! and everyone wish him a happy birthday on September 1st!
